We can't really explain what just happened, but it appears as though Gerard Pique swore down the camera on live TV and subsequently offended everyone who was watching.

During Spain
's national anthem, the cameraman goes about his usual track along the
players. Pausing at the end of the line, you can see Pique's hand firmly
wrapped around David de Gea's shoulder.
So far, so good.
Until Pique's hand and fingers start to morph in transformer like fashion.

Slowly but surely, the Barcelona defender's hand forms into him giving the middle finger.
And

Why has he done this?
